Before finalizing all orders ensure that the shipping address is correct and if the package is being delivered to a P.O. Box, Suite, Apartment, or Condo that all the information for accurate shipping is included.
Once we receive your order allow us 48 business hours to ship your product. Before we ship your items, we do our best to ensure that before the items are shipped that they are the correct items and in the best quality. We go through a checklist before all products are sent to the courier to ensure customer satisfaction!
Once we deliver the item to the courier to be shipped to the customer natural events may occur that delay your expected delivery time. We ask that if this does occur that you would be patient while our team works with the courier to get your package to you as soon as possible. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Any order placed between Friday 5 PM EST through Sunday 11:59 PM EST will ship on the following Monday.
Damaged Items During Shipping
We ensure all customers we do our best to prevent products being damaged during the shipping process. However, damage may occur during the route to your destination. If in any case, you believe your product was damaged during shipping please contact us at email@example.com and notify the shipping company immediately. Take pictures of the products and request a claim number from the shipping company. Do not throw away original packaging.
