To return any items, it must be within 30 days of the purchase date to be returned to us. To return any items, it must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and the customer must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund, you may contact us at support@huntersandhounds.com so that one of our service advisors may assist you. Response expectations can range from 3 to 12 hours. When your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label via email along with instructions on how to complete your return. Items will not be accepted if the return or refund is not approved. Damage and Other Issues
Upon receiving your items, we encourage you to please inspect all items for possible defects, incorrect items, or any other issues so that we may evaluate the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with the product you purchased. It is very important to inspect all products upon arrival.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you are satisfied with all items purchased we encourage you to contact us immediately at our support@huntersandhounds.com. Once we approve your exchange, we will email instructions with how to proceed.
Our headwear is excluded from this policy due to sanitary restrictions we set forth to ensure our sanitary checklist is met.
To make a successful exchange, once your exchanged was approved by our amazing team, you may go ahead and make a separate purchase of the item you would like. We will refund the item from the original order and the separate purchase will remain the same. Each issue will be documented with our team to ensure you get the best customer service.
Refunds
Returns or refunds will not be accepted. Once your order is place, we are unable to cancel or refund all confirmed orders. We are unable to take items back due to sanitary reasonings and guidelines we set to ensure all products shipped meet our sanitary checklist.
